This 8-day tour of Uzbekistan introduces the city's main attractions along the classic route: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. The program is designed to seamlessly transition from the modern capital to the medieval Silk Road centers, home to UNESCO-listed architectural ensembles.
In Tashkent, you'll see the contrast between the old and new cities; in Samarkand, squares and mausoleums from the Timurid era; in Bukhara, a labyrinth of narrow streets and domes; and in Khiva, the completely preserved medieval city of Ichan-Kala. Along the way, you'll stop at interesting sites: the sacred Chor-Chinor garden with its thousand-year-old plane trees; the artisan village of Konigil with its ancient paper mill; and the ceramics workshop in Gijduvan.
Sightseeing tour of Uzbekistan Suitable for those who want to cover the country's main attractions in one trip without rushing, combining excursions with travel on comfortable routes.
