Tawaxai Canyon Located in the Karzhantau mountain range, part of the Western Tien Shan system in the Tashkent region, this region is known for its deep gorges, mountain rivers, and inaccessible canyons, formed by water and erosion over millennia.
The Tavaxaya area is characterized by its wild nature and minimal human intervention, making it attractive for hiking and trekking. Due to its proximity to Tashkent, Tavaksay waterfalls and the canyon are popular among lovers of active recreation, while maintaining a sense of remoteness and solitude compared to the more famous Chimgan routes.
