This trip offers a three-day hike to the Chimgan Mountains to enjoy the natural beauty and unique landscapes of the Chimgan region. The hike will allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the mountain peaks and get an unforgettable experience of staying in Chimgan. The magnificent views of the Chimgan Mountains and the surrounding area will leave a lasting impression and will be remembered for many years.

Tavaksay. Waterfalls and canyons. Day one.
Departure from Tashkent at 8:00.
Arrival at the starting point of the hiking part at 9:00.
The hike runs along the mountain bed of the Tavaksay River, along the way we visit waterfalls of different heights.
There are fords on the route, so you should have spare shoes, socks and a light towel, and if you wish, in warm weather, you can swim in one of the waterfalls.
The picnic is located at the top of the Tavaksay Canyon, through which the river of the same name flows and from a height of more than 40 meters falls with its entire stream down.
After the picnic, we begin to return to the vehicle along the left bank of the river, crossing hills and mountain slopes, here there are practically no fords.
Arrival at the Green Canyon Hotel at 18:00-19:00.

Paltau. Waterfall and birch grove. Day two.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure from the hotel to the Aurakhmat checkpoint at 9:00.
You must have your passports with you.
We pass the border service checkpoint, register the group at the forestry office and after paying for the visit to the Ugam-Chatkal National Park, we begin the walking part of the route.
The trail from the checkpoint begins to lead the group up a dirt road with views of the Charvak Reservoir, the Chatkal River, Mount Paltau, the Paltau River Valley, Mount Itlaylab and the steep two-kilometer walls of Mount Okhotnichy Peak.
In about 2 hours we reach the 38m high Paltau waterfall, which is framed by a C-shaped wall, creating a semblance of a well.
Here we take photos, rest and continue our way up. Here you will have to strain yourself a little – a short section with a steep path.
Then we go along the trail to the dirt road and go to the birch grove for a picnic and a good rest.
After resting, we go to our starting point, completing the circular route.
At 17:00-18:00 departure to the Green Canyon Hotel.

Aksakata. Aksagata. Day 3.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure at 9:00 to Aksakatinsky Canyon.
Aksakatinsky Canyon is located 40 kilometers from Tashkent and is unique in its relief. One of the most picturesque routes of the Tashkent region begins along the left orographic bank of the Aksakatasay River near the settlement of Shuldak. A smooth climb along an inclined marble slab leads to the foot of the extinct volcano Syurenata. Along the way we come across fossilized shells of different sizes, the largest ones are the size of a palm.
Lunch on a green meadow near a fallen centuries-old poplar.
Bluebirds, wood pigeons, starlings and thrushes nest in the cracks and crevices of steep cliffs. Cows and horses graze on green pastures. In the spring, tamarisk and wild bitter almonds bloom pink near the water.
The length of the route is up to 15 km.
Altitude gain up to 500 meters.
The route is year-round, suitable for beginners, ornithologists and fans of paleontology, geology.
